Kokonut Fid v2: pre-accounting all the way to closing
A major rework: full accounting through to closing, art. 957a CO compliance and far sharper AI. The v2 changelog recap.
v2 is here
Kokonut Fid moves up a gear. Where v1 stopped at pre-accounting, v2 now goes all the way to closing: journal, ledger by account, trial balance, opening balances and year-end close. All without leaving your usual accounting software, which Fid still exports to in one click.
What's new
- Complete accounting through to closing.
- Art. 957a CO compliance: immutable audit trail and SHA-256 hash chain.
- Verified continuous numbering per year, period locks and closing entries.
- VAT handling: unified codes, suggested-code detection and automatic line breakdown.
- Chart of accounts: create, edit, reorganise and import from a PDF.
- Single- or double-entry reconciliation, automatic currency conversion.
- Multi-receipt PDF splitting, plus splitting and grouping of bank transactions.
Sharper AI
AI extraction and classification gain a lot of precision, and learning posting rules short-circuit the AI for known cases.
Under the hood
A unified posting engine with a 957a guard, 100% Swiss hosting, 256-bit / AEAD encryption, TLS 1.3 and ISO 20022 (CAMT) support.
